As the Director of People & Culture, Kira is responsible for managing all facets of the human resource function at The Hardenbergh Group. She brings over 15 years of human resource leadership experience spanning multiple industries including staffing and recruiting, high-tech, and professional services. Kira is passionate about the employee experience and is always looking for strategies that support growth and help attract and retain The Hardenbergh Group’s best asset – its people.
Kira received her bachelor’s degree from Bentley University and is a Society of Human Resources Senior Certified Professional.
