Ryan serves as the SVP of Corporate Development for The Hardenbergh Group; responsible for executing acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives. Ryan brings a history of transaction and strategy experience within the healthcare sector in both advisory and internal capacities. Previously, he served as a Senior Director in Corporate Development at Change Healthcare, which was acquired by UnitedHealth Group. Prior to Change Healthcare, he was a Manager within PwC’s Transaction Advisory group.
Ryan holds an active CPA certification and a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Georgia Tech.
